Event Registration is closed.


The event price includes all event expenses, accommodations, and meals (Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast). The price varies depending on your accommodation option. Special pricing is provided for those under 18.


There are 3 types of accommodations available:

  • Camping
    There is ample room in the campground to pitch your tent or park your campervan.
  • Indoor rooms
    There are a limited number of rooms with ensuite shower and toilet that can sleep between 2 and 4 people. These will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • Pods
    There are also five camping pods in the camping field which provide a comfortable indoor/outdoor space and sleep up to 4 people in bunk beds. You will share the toilets and washing facilities with the campers. These will be made available once the indoor accommodation is filled.


Due to limitations in our registration system, payment for this event will be charged in US dollars. Our system will accept payments from non-US credit/debit cards, and we have included approximate exchange rates in GB pounds for your convenience. Please note that the exact exchange rate will vary due to forces beyond our control, and the amounts will be converted using the exchange rate at the time of the purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

Adults (over 18)

Camping (tent or campervan):  $205 US (approx £145)
Indoor room: $275 US (approx £195)
Pod with two sharing: $253 US (approx £180)
Pod with four sharing: $225 US (approx £160)

13–18 years

Camping: $72 US (approx £50)
Indoor room or pod: $135 US (approx £95)

6–12 years

Camping: $15 US (approx £10)
Indoor room or pod: $78 US (approx £55)

5 and under

Camping: free
Indoor room or pod: $78 US (approx £55)

We will consider requests for indoor housing balancing need with a first-come-first-served policy.  To be considered, please submit your registration by May 7th.  We will review accommodations requests then and notify applicants of their housing options by May 20. We will review additional requests later, but the selection will be more limited.

After filling out information on this page, you will be able to select the appropriate registration type for each person in your party.

If you would like to request indoor accommodations, you will be asked to pay the camping rate fee now. We will send you instructions for paying the difference between this rate and the rate of the housing option you are offered once your housing has been determined. In this case, it is helpful for us to know who you are coming with so that we can allocate rooms in a way that is comfortable for everybody. If there are people you would like to be housed with, please list their name(s) in the space provided, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Financial Assistance
We have a limited amount of funds to provide financial assistance to those who need it. If you would like to apply for help, please send an email to annamurraypreece@gmail.com.

Refund Policy
If you cancel your reservation by May 1st, 2018, you will receive a full refund less a $25USD processing fee. If you cancel before May 15th 2018, 50% of your fee will be refunded, less a $25USD processing fee. There will be no refunds or credits issued for cancellations received after May 15th 2018.
