WAIVER & RELEASE AGREEMENT: I do not hold Sacred Fire, its staff, the event hosts or the organizers of this event responsible for illness, accident or damages that may arise from my (or my child’s) participation in this event. I give permission for me or my child to be photographed for purposes for use by Sacred Fire and/or the hosts, unless I specifically state otherwise in writing. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ, CLEARLY UNDERSTAND, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT.
